PEACH JAM AND LEMON

BLOOD ORANGE MARMALADE

The red orange, PGI, namely protected geographical indication, is typical of eastern Sicily. This kind of orange from the intense shades of color, that contains a particular anthocyanin is cyanidin-3-glucoside which has a very powerful antioxidant. This “Glory of eastern Sicily”, therefore, is contained in this jam intense flavor and full of life.

MANDARIN JAM

Sicily as it is known, is renowned for the cultivation of citrus fruits of the highest quality. The first specimens were brought to Sicily from the island of Malta in 1828.
